Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TryCVForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use of service
You may use TryCVForge only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to create fraudulent documents, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity in any way.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and retain access until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
5. Intellectual property
The content you create — your CVs and cover letters — belongs to you. TryCVForge retains all rights to the platform itself, including its software, templates, design, and branding. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform or its templates.
6. AI-generated content
Our AI features generate suggestions to help you write. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using it in a real application. AI output may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as professional career or legal advice.
7. Limitation of liability
TryCVForge is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees about employment outcomes and are not responsible for any results arising from documents created on our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
