Refund Policy
How billing, cancellations, and refunds work for TryCVForge subscriptions.

Subscription billing
TryCVForge's Basic and Pro plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment providers. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep full access to your current plan until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — we don't cut off access early.
No refunds for partial periods
Because you retain access for the full period you paid for, we don't provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a billing system fault), or where required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
How to request a refund
Email billing@trycvforge.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
