Data we collect
We collect the email address and name you register with, and the content you enter to build your CVs and cover letters. Payment information is handled directly by our payment provider, Paddle, and is never stored on our servers.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the service, generate AI suggestions, process payments, and send transactional emails (such as verification and billing notices). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
AI processing
When you use our AI features, the relevant text from your document is sent to our AI provider solely to generate the requested suggestion. It is not used to train third-party models.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual documents or your entire account at any time from your account settings; deleting your account removes your associated personal data.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and conversions. It only sets cookies and stores data after you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner — if you decline, no Google Analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google tied to you. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free traffic tool that counts page visits in aggregate without setting any cookie or tracking you individually across sites; because it stores no cookie and no personal identifier, it runs independently of the consent banner. Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We apply strict security headers and access controls to protect your information.
